This Megacall Referral Program is sponsored and administered by Megacall. Megacall is a trading name of Phoenix Solutions SL., located at Camino de las Cañadas nº 1D Portal 4, Centro de Negocios Martin Buendia, 1ª planta Oficina 4, 29649 Mijas, Málaga, Spain. The Program is governed by these official rules («Official Rules») and described down below.

By participating in the Program, each Referrer accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules, as determined by the sole discretion of Phoenix Solutions or its agents, is final in all respects. Phoenix Solutions reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to suspend, terminate, cancel, or modify the Program at any time by amending these Official Rules and publishing them on its website.


Megacall Referral Program rewards participating companies with 50 Euros credit for referring a business or organization to Megacall that results in a sale. It is a program only for recommending business-to-business. Once the referred business meets all reward program terms and conditions, the 50 Euros credit will be top-up in the referral Megacall’s account to be used.


Who can join the Megacall Referral Program?

The program is for all Megacall’s customers. The referrer cannot be an owner, employee, or agent of the referee. The referrer cannot be an owner, employee, or agent of an organization with which Megacall has an affiliate agreement. The referrer cannot be an employee of Megacall.

How does Megacall Referral Program work?

There are two ways to participate in the program.


Once your referral becomes a customer for 2 months (2 months billing), you will receive 50 Euros credit on your account.


What is the reward?

You will get 50 Euros credit on your Megacall’s account for every business that becomes a customer. The referred must be a customer for at least 2 months (2 months billing) before the referee gets the reward.

Is there a limit of how much I can be rewarded?

No, there is no limit to the rewards earned.

How can I track my referral’s status?

Once the referred accept and become a customer for at least 2 months (2 months billing), we will inform you by email that the reward has been top-up in your account.

Who can’t I refer?

You cannot refer these people: previous Megacall’s customers, other referrals, and yourself.


Personal information submitted for this Program will be subject to Phoenix Solutions’ Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, and posted at Privacy Policy.
